Terms for using Toolswise.

These terms apply to the public website and demonstration. Paid services are also governed by an accepted order form or service agreement.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. The service

Toolswise provides website, conversational intake and lead-management tools for plumbing businesses. The public demo is for evaluation and does not create a paid subscription.

2. Customer responsibilities

Business customers must provide accurate services, hours, coverage and contact information; keep administrative access secure; use customer information lawfully; and confirm prices, appointments, technical advice and emergency responses.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Toolswise for illegal activity, spam, deception, unsafe instructions, unauthorised access, malware or interference with the service. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Availability and automated output

Toolswise cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Automated responses may be incomplete or incorrect and must not replace professional plumbing, legal, emergency or safety advice.

5. Liability and paid agreements

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any specific charges, cancellation rights, liability cap, legal operator, governing law and dispute process will be stated in the accepted customer agreement.

6. Contact

Questions can be sent to contact@toolswise.site.

The final customer agreement must identify the legal operator, business address and governing law before paid services begin.
