How Toolswise handles personal information.
This notice covers the Toolswise website, public demonstration, business enquiries and plumbing lead tools.
1. Our role
Toolswise is responsible for information submitted directly about its own services. When a configured widget collects a plumbing business’s customer enquiries, that business normally controls the customer relationship and Toolswise processes information to provide the agreed service.
2. Information collected
This may include business and contact details, name, phone, address, plumbing issue, urgency, preferred appointment time, consent date, enquiry status and limited security information.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide demonstrations and services, deliver enquiries, respond to messages, secure the site, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
Lead information may be shared with the plumbing business the visitor asks to contact and with infrastructure, database, email and security providers needed to operate the service. Toolswise does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the enquiry, active service, security, disputes or legal duties. Toolswise uses encrypted connections, access controls and restricted administrative functions, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Contact contact@toolswise.site.
